Wellbeing for employees working here, there, & everywhere
Things will never be the same. We know that now. Employers are facing a new challenge: remote employee isolation — with the video conference as the portal to connect them culturally, collaboratively, and otherwise. For most employers, this represents an entirely new approach to workforce engagement and wellbeing. Remote work — and digital wellbeing culture — is here to stay.
In December 2020, PwC conducted a Remote Work Survey suggesting that the remote work model has been an overall success. In fact, 83% of employers now say the shift to remote work has been successful for their company. Fewer than one in five employers say they want to return to the office as it was pre-pandemic.
In this informative, interactive, and fun session, we will focus on the:
- Battle between connection and isolation and how employers can better plan for meaningful wellness and wellbeing for their employees
- Scope and prevalence of the remote workforce in 2021 and beyond
- Successful practices for moving forward for employers: human resources, employee benefits and senior leadership
